For evaluation of income producing property (commercial, industrial, residential income) a $500 evaluation fee is required. This fee is deducted from your total costs if your property qualifies for property tax reduction.
For the evaluation fee you will receive an analysis of fair market value utilizing both the income approach and the market approach where appropriate. We will notify you of your best options to lower your property taxes and arrange to handle your tax appeal if warranted.
In order to complete the income property evaluation we require:
- a recent property tax bill
- income and expenses (prior 12 months)
- a current rent roll (if non owner occupancy).
